How do I arrange for local pick up or delivery?

Does Starkitz use PVC in any of its garment bags?
As a commitment to our children and environment, Starkitz Dance Bags are made from durable plastic that is PVC free.

Starkitz PVC free dance bags are slightly frosted instead of clear in order to protect your garment and less rigid than if
made from PVC plastic.

Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of the order being received. Please remember that there is no shipping on weekends as the post office is closed.
Packages sent within Canada usually take 5-7 business days via Canada Post with tracking.
Packages sent to the USA usually take 10-15 business days.
Please note that due to the high cost of shipping, the shipping price is estimated based on Canada Post guidelines. Many times the cost of shipping is greater than the amount charged. Starkitz will pay for any cost incurred above the price paid for shipping for the convenience of our customers.

International Order
For orders outside of Canada and the USA please email us for a quote on shipping. We will be more than happy to assist you.
Packages outside of Canada will be subject to customs fees and import duties of that country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
